Growth hacking your business - it’s really not rocket science. There are experts that claim to know and there are experts that know. Here is what I know after over three decades of working with businesses like yours.
Here is how to Growth hacking your business fast - exponentially.
1. Get Good Advice
A) Use a direct response consultant who knows what they are doing. Ask for proof, ask for testimonials and ask for a face-to-face so you can get to know who they are.
They must have the experience and track record needed to fix your problem. Before fully committing to a business or growth consultant ask for a quick call and get a feel for what I am. Once you feel happy, commit and invest in real breakthrough advice. According to some of my clients a seasoned direct response consultant like myself will be the best investment you make into your business. I agree. But whether you work with me or someone else just make sure they can back up what they claim.
2. Pay For Mentoring
I have seen company marketing directors getting paid small fortunes for literally running a business into an early grave. A seasoned mentor with a huge track record (like myself) will be at the end of the phone for you and give you the experience, the tested and the proven answer to a pressing question extremely quickly. A good mentor can also lead your company to much faster profits using proven hacks (not fads). Myself - I can almost also save a business or give you the very best start for your business. if you want to grow fast a mentor is a must-have-investment.
3. Find a Breakthrough Expert
Take a short or longer breakthrough experience. I am a huge believer in small things make huge differences. I have seen an hour or two of advice literally transform businesses. I once hosted a breakthrough client who was frustrated with her results. After her half-day breakthrough experience, she sealed her best business deal ever for just over £35,000. You must always be willing to sacrifice some time to build a business for life.
4. Critical Thinking
Here is what I also know: Ignoring a business problem or hoping it will solve itself never happens. Do not ignore the obvious, get it fixed quickly. Ignore and prepare for business to eventually die. A fix is easier than you might be thinking. When employing critical thinking you will hear what you probably do not want to hear. Go with it and be open. This is critical thinking, do not take it the wrong way.
5. Know What Your Problem Is
This should be number one. If you don’t really know what your business problem is you will not know how to fix it. Before doing anything try and find out what the issue is. It is common for me to hear a business needs more customers and my client will ask me for help in getting more customers. Once I look at their business I quickly realise it isn’t the new customers it is usually customer retention. Try and know your problem or again get advice from someone that can find that problem fast.
6. Develop Your Story - Buyers Love Stories.
You grew up on stories. We all grew up on stories. Buyers love business storytelling that is interesting, intriguing, compelling and even shocking. Develop your story and share more about who it what you really are. This creates attachment and loyalty. This will also help you to sell more.
