I arrived at the coffee shop. It was a cold bitter morning but I felt warm under my fur coat. The waiter came out, took my order for coffee and went back in. Before I knew it a hot strong and black coffee satin in front of me. I lifted it to my lips and slowly sipped the blistering hot coffee. In a moment I could feel it rushes down into my depths and warm my body on this cold November day.
Then he arrived. I welcomed him, and he replied with niceties. He order his drink and the conversation began. Actually, it was less conversation and more of a talk aimed at my ears. The directions of the conversation went into depression and how he felt depressed at almost everything. Then the good news was his pal at forty had now also had a diagnosis of mental health. Both he and his pal carried a label or a diagnosis. I asked how did his friend feel. He replied he is really happy to know he has AHAD and now qualifies as disabled due to his label.
He then told me all about his other friends, family and girlfriend who all suffer and proudly carry their own labels. He even told me about a gathering they have to talk about sickness, illness, and mental health and compare medicines to match their labels. Then of course the pronouns arrived.
The news is filled with talk about mental health. A man is a woman and a woman is a man. A vagina or penis can now disqualify as a sex identifier after all there are apparently hundreds of sexes. It’s relentless.
Al this talk of mental health is itself mental health.
The more we talk about a subject and focus on the subject the more energy we give it as a movement. The more energy it has the more pace it gathers. The more pace it gathers the more it infiltrates society.
Today we have a society that loves labels and loves the conversation of mental health. Talk about health by definition leans towards the negative. Negative because most only talk about health when they have a health issue. Even if we go to see a doctor they are trained to find a problem and issue treatment.
Hence because go the powerful energy given to mental illness we are now living in a society that is focused on mental health.
The other problem is of course mental health debilitates. The man I am speaking to has cancelled our meeting many times now. He has had mental health issues with his family, his girlfriend and himself. And now his friend is happy because he has had his mental health confirmed.
The endless conversation is powerful and viral. It affects almost every modern-day conversation.
Let’s take another look at this.
In a time when world powers have more interest in controlling the masses than looking after the masses, mental health is the perfect tool.
A state of mental health also reveals a state of fear. A state of fear is always in search of a solution. Those in search are now on a road to dependency. They depend on information feeds to help them escape their mental health issues.
In other words, the public is now in a weakened state due to fear rather than a real health issue. This is done through endless online feeds going into the pockets and hands of those with phones.
During my meeting with this guy, his watch and phone kept notifying him of something. His response was, “FFS this is driving me crazy” then he would offer me an apology with a short synopsis of the messages and problems.
Can you imagine the impact if the conversation started to focus on the lower of the mind?
I read about a woman sentenced to death by her doctors. They told her she had just 8-12 weeks to live. There was no more they could offer her. She smiled and thanked them. She also told them she will cure this. Six months later she went back to her doctor with the biggest of smiles on her face. Before she went she had visited a private doctor for a full body scan. Her previous sickness had vanished and I mean completely gone.
When she went to her regular doctors they were baffled at how she has survived. She told them she changed the way she her thinking had been and focused and the power of her mind. That focus infused her with positive energy. That energy seems t have been strong enough to overcome the weakness in her body. Now she is not again.
There is a warning on both of these stories. The mind that has created, discovered and understands the most complex of things is usually ignored when we need it the most. Yet its power is proven from the discovery and solving of the most complex human problems to really delivering the ability to unravel human DNA.
The human mind has a power far beyond what is we consider as normal. All of this post vaccine talk about heart problems in the media right now. I listened as an expert talked about a part of the heart that does only one job. That one job is a connection the the mind. It relays emotional feelings back to the mind. When positive it reflects in the way the heart performs. When negative the effect through the whole body is negative. In other words weaker.
I suppose its always a choice. Our choice. What we choose to read and hear. What we choose to repeat and say. The label we embrace or the conversation we take part it. It’ll either weaken us or make us stronger.
The truth is the first part to getting stronger is realising we have been made weaker. Once we accept and own that part we can then tale the path out of the wekensss to become strong again.
We might be in the middle of a global health pandemic but that doesn’t change the fact the mind is still there. Its the harnessing of what goes into the mind that makes the difference to its perfuming power.
We are what we eat. The same goes for our mind.
Peace.
